In march 2025, SoulTechub, under the leadership of CEO Ramiro Rodriguez, sought to establish a compelling online presence to facilitate connections between Latin American tech professionals and European enterprises. Over a 2 day period, we collaborated to design and develop a landing page that embodies both the vibrant culture of LATAM and the professionalism of Europe. The landing page effectively communicates SoulTechub's mission, emphasizing their commitment to providing European businesses with highly skilled, pre-vetted developers from Latin America. Key sections include: Why Choose Us?: Highlighting the advantages of partnering with SoulTechub, such as access to global talent with local expertise and seamless integration processes. Benefits: Detailing the unique value propositions, including timezone-aligned teams, flexible hiring models, and end-to-end talent management. Process: Outlining the streamlined steps from initial consultation to successful team integration.

The Challenge
Designing a landing page that encapsulates the vibrant culture of Latin America and the formal professionalism of Europe, ensuring it appeals to both audiences. Additionally, coordinating across time zones, with the client based in Germany and the development team in Latin America, posed scheduling challenges.
Our Solution
Utilized Framer and Figma to craft a responsive and aesthetically pleasing landing page that balances cultural elements from both regions. To address time zone differences, the development team demonstrated exceptional commitment by adjusting work hours, including working during early morning hours, to ensure real-time collaboration with the client in Germany.
