Project Overview
In early 2025, we launched Transix, a comprehensive software solution built to modernize and streamline operations for passenger and cargo bus companies throughout Bolivia. Designed as a scalable SaaS product, Transix enables logistics companies to manage everything from ticket sales and user control to parcel tracking and route management. The system was carefully developed over a three-month period in close partnership with Ron Cadima, who is not only the client but also a strategic business partner at Boring Ventures. The platform centralizes operational control across multiple terminals and cities, offering features such as: Real-Time Ticketing System: For efficient, city-to-city passenger bookings. Parcel Management Module: Tracks and manages package deliveries nationwide. User & Role Access Control: Ensures secure staff-level permissions. Billing & Compliance Integration: Seamlessly connected to national invoicing APIs and regulatory documentation standards. The vision of Transix extends beyond Bolivia, with plans to expand into broader LATAM markets by offering a tech-forward alternative to outdated, manual operations in the transport industry.

The Challenge
The most complex aspect of the project was the integration with Bolivia’s national invoicing and documentation APIs. This included adapting to diverse regulatory requirements, while ensuring a seamless and legally compliant ticketing and parcel operation across the entire system.
Our Solution
We developed a fully compliant invoicing and documentation engine tailored to national standards. Our architecture also allows for rapid replication in new countries by abstracting local regulations, enabling easy adaptation for other LATAM markets. Transix's modular structure ensures flexibility and maintainability, with a modern, intuitive UI designed.
